Napoleon Outlawed

Mutah Beale AKA Napoleon From Outlawz to Outlawed

About Me

Salam Alaikaum,

My goal is to help the Youth and the Community avoid the pitfalls of the hip-hop culture.  Through my experiences and learning I want to benefit the youth with knowledge of the what the real life in streets is all about and how to avoid getting involved in it.

Do understand that I am NOT a scholar and far from it and nor do I pretend to be one.  I want to give dawah to the youth and the community from my life experiences that will Insha-Allah have some benefit for all.

I was a entertainer and my sole lively-hood depended on selling music but since I gave up music (since its haram) I had to find other halal methods of income.  So, I go around the world giving lectures to youth and yound adults about the beauty of Islam and negative effects of the hip-hop culture.

If you want to invite me please, click here.

About Me:

He was born to Muslim parents, his mother Aquillah Beale (Puerto Rican) and his father Salek Beale (African American). When he was three years old his parents were murdered, in front of him and his two brothers, by family friends who were members of the Nation of Islam. [1]. His brother, Seike Beale, committed suicide later on in life

After this, he along with his big brother, Moonie Beale, and his little brother, Kamil “Kamillion/Hellraza/Muszamil” Beale, moved in with their grandparents in Irvington, New Jersey. In 1994, he ran into his childhood friend Yafeu “Kadafi” Fula who he hadn’t had contact with for years. Both of them were rapping and Kadafi’s godbrother was the rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur. Kadafi’s mother, Yaasmyn Fula, told Tupac about Mutah. She told him how he witnessed his parents being murdered and it made him cry. He felt he had to meet Mutah. They met and Mutah joined their group, Dramacydal. Unlike the other members he didn’t go under an alias, he just went under his first name.

On April 5, 1995, Tupac’s LP, Me Against the World, was released (which sold 2 millions copies) Mutah guest appeared on the song “Outlaw.” In 1995, Napoleon, Hussein, Kadafi, Kastro, E.D.I. and Makaveli (Tupac) formed the group the Outlaw Immortalz; later renamed to the Outlawz. Tupac gave each member of the group an alias taken from an enemy of America or so called tyrants and he gave Mutah the alias Napoleon after French emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. On February 13, 1996, Tupac’s double LP All Eyez on Me was released selling 4 million copies in the U.S. Napoleon guest appeared on “Tradin’ War Stories”, “When We Ride”, “Thug Passion”, and “Run Tha Streetz.”

On September 7, 1996, Tupac was shot four times in a drive-by-shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was taken to University Medical Center where he died a week later. Napoleon and the rest of the Outlawz moved back to New Jersey. On November 5, Tupac’s LP, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, was released. Napoleon guest appeared on the song “Life Of An Outlaw.”

In March 1997, Napoleon and the rest of the Outlawz with the exception of Hussein Fatal, moved back to California and signed with Death Row Records. They did this despite the fact that Tupac had several times told them not to. On December 21, 1999, the Outlawz’s debut LP, Still I Rise, was finally released selling a million records. Napoleon and the rest of the Outlawz besides Hussein Fatal formed Outlaw Recordz and released their second and third LPs, Ride Wit Us Or Collide Wit Us and Novakane, on November 7, 2000 and November 6, 2001. One of the first artists who signed with Outlaw Recordz was Napoleon’s brother Hellraza. Napoleon made his acting debut in Thug Life which also starred The Lady of Rage and Willie D.

Napoleon’s solo debut album, Have Mercy, was due out 2005. It features Jon B and other artist. He had a minor hit called Never Forget featuring Val Young and Johnny J. Johnny J produced the song as well. It has been completed but will not be released, and Napoleon has completely retired from music due to its im-permissibility in the religion of Islam. Napoleon appeared on records that sold 40 million copies world wide

    Asalam Alaikaum

Brother Napoleon… I don’t even know where to start…I guess I should start by saying thank you for sharing your story with everyone. I was watching the interview that you gave on the Deen Show. By you telling me your story you have literally changed my life and the way I look at life. I am a young girl trying my best to grow up in America. Frankly… its very hard, but even though I am not able to relate to your story very well I was able to understand how important religion can be to a person. Before hearing your story I thought that since I was raised as a Muslim that I didn’t have to worry about searching, but after seeing your interview the way that you described Muslims to be, I stopped and thought to myself, “Have I even tried to be a good Muslim?” And the answer was no. As soon as I heard your story the first thing i did was make waduu. I made duaa and asked Allah for forgiveness for anything wrong I have done. Then I opened the Qur’an and read until tears were streaming down my eyes. So I thought that I should do the least by thanking you for telling your story.

May Allah bless you and everything you do

    Asalamu-Alaykum!

first of let me start by saying “mashallah”
Lately i have been seeing drastic changes in the media towards islam, yes there are alot of critics, but alhamdulilah im talking about the best, young successful artist giving up spotlight to practice the deen(may i add, convert into islam first) then taking then upon themselves teaching others,of the struggles they have been through, and in return using their knowledge to do good for others.
I honestly was a fan of u and loon, but i am a bigger fam now!
Jazakullah for aspiring all to do good, and show us our worth, and its never too late in the eyes of allah(swt)

*plz come to Canada, especially in the great west,Alberta,HUGE muslim community!

As Salaam Un Aliakum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barackat
My name is Abdul Hamid, 25 years old from afghanistan, raised in new york city. Dear brother, I like your motivatioanl movements towards the youth, for certainly you are moving in the right direction. Allah makes muslims, and when Allah has mercy on his servants, he blesses them with knowledge.
Dear brother, words go in and out of the youth and just about anyone else, there are muslims that create Fitna, so that they can mislead the Ummah. Understand, the benefits of combining Islamic teachings with that of the modern tools of teaching. Let their be charm in your speechs, and tell the youth the truth, telll them GO and try the Kaffir way, and then when you had enough TRY the ISLAMIC way, and be the maker of your decision. Prophet (SAW) was only a warner, The muslim of this world, has gone far astray from the true path, the path of the pious predecessors,(salaf).
“Associate with the noblest people you can find, Read the best book, live with the mighty. But learn to be happy alone. Rely upon your own energies, and so not wait for, or depend on other people”. May Allah bless you and guide you in Path of those, whom he favors. As Salaam un aliakum

    Assalamu’alaykum!

I am writing from Kosovo (a new state in Euope).
All the hamds are for Allah, that Allah has take the decision to guide you and us in Islam, all the merits are exclusive just for Allah. Allah is Forgiveness and Insha Allah He would forgive us. Pray to Allah (and we with you) to guide in the right manhaj of Ahli Sunnah wel Jammah and to strong us in this way till in our last breath.
May Allah piece us together in a jannah, with a best men, with prophets, with sahabah, with our ResulAllah. Our history has known better men who were better than us and have sacrifice more than any ummah or individs.
But no one can entry in jannah just with a mercy of Allah, and I hope and pray to Allah to compassionate and to forgive us.
Advice and commemorate (in the manhaj of Ahli Sunnah and Jammah) the youth to live and proud with the muslim identity.
Your dawah with your life-sample, is the best dawah, pray to Allah and work in acquire Islam knoweldge, verily people will resuscitate in the Day of Judgment depend in their knowledge, and “It is only those who have knowledge among His slaves that fear Allah.” [35:28]
I hope to have you in any events here in Balkan, because here the youth are very influenced by RAP & HIP-HOP and another bad phenomena.
Allah blessed your worships, work & life.

  18. Ibrahim Mani says:

    Assalaam alaiykum
Brother Napoleon, I’ve been so great a fan of yours, of Pac’s and of the Outlawz, and have been having so much faith in you all that, as soon as word was out here in Nigeria that you’re now the latest Cicero of Islam and I was able get an audio copy of one of the lectures you delivered in Australia, I felt duty bound to spread the good news and your message to as many 2pac-and-Outlawz fans that I knew and could reach. Alhamdulillaah the strategy is working and a lot of us are now regular visitors to your website. Really wished you’d come to Nigeria very soon and especially to Kaduna – the capital city of Muslim Nigeria. Mutah you really are doing a great job cleaning up the dirt dropped by Satan on ”tha streetz”, ”ghettos” and ”mansions” of Muslim hearts. How I wished Afeni Shakur would become a Muslim and join forces with you ! I know Allah can make that possible for us. Alhamdulillaah that He in His infinite wisdom has given Islam someone like you. Rest in Peace to your mother Aquillah Beale. Rest in peace to your father Salek Beale. May Allah make Jannatul Firdausi their eternal abode. And may He continue to bless you. Ameen. Bissalaam

  23. Ismahan says:

    Asalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah!

Our dearest brother in Islam Mutah, first for all I would like to say Masha Allah and Alhamdulilah (million times) . I saw you on the ‘DeenShow’ brother once upon a time I was HUGE fan of music and entatainers, it was through those ages when young youth sometimes go wild.
Before I that was bought up in a religious family , where I wasn’t exposed to much of a influenced with the entertainment world or friends.
Though I didn’t know much about my religion of Islam ,I had great love for Allah and the duties that He SWT obliged us to do. I loved praying fasting, Hijab everything.
Until I made a friend who lived in another state. Then my journey began from there, I moved from my state , came to live with this so called friend, who never prayed ‘infact no one used to pray at that house except the mother. Then I started to change a bit by bit , started missing some prayers then it ended up not praying at all.
Then I reached the point where I want to pray but can’t , I wanna get up but can’t.
    It already passed a year.
Thats when I started to worry, I was changing I could see but I couldn’t do anything. I knew it wasn’t right. Then I started to be more and more influenced and roll modelled by world of entertainment, they sort of became my life to me, I swear brother as YOU said ” you’ll feel sad at bedtime ” mine was more then sad I used to be so afraid ,so scared of death because of the state that I was in.
Then I started making du’aas because I wanted a change but it was so difficult of me at that time , especially been around of the friends. But I kept making du’aa and Asked Allah to make it easy for me to change. Eventually Allah accepted my du’aas and saved me with two inspiring books.

After reading within a week it totally changed it bought back the person in me who I was searching for.Alhamdulilah to the Almighty ALlah till today I say.

Today I am proud of my faith which is Islam and I try my best to give dawah.
People like you , Loon and Joshua Evans and many others are inspiration to all muslims and make us appreciate of the Light and Nur that Allah gave us. jzkAllah khayran
In return May Allah put you all in Jannahtul firdaws a’laa. Ameen Ya Rab!

And as I watched each of you’s interview I made du’aa to ALlah SWT to all guide you and make the right path easy for you and us.

jzkAllah khayran for sharing you story with us.
