  1. Ismail Mohamed says:

    Salamu Calykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu Akhi,

I am an organizer and youth worker for a youth club in Birmingham UK. I have read somewhere that you will be in the UK sometime in November 2008. I would just like to see if we could talk about inviting you to our mosque or youth club. If this would be possible it would be a massive gain to the Somali youths in Birmingham and Youths in general. As the youth in this area are too caught up in gangs, violence and the Hip Hop culture. As they all know you from Outlawz (which you have now left may Allah reward you for it), they could see this image of gangs and violence from a totally different point of view.

Please Brother if you could email me we could talk about your availability and other details.

    Jazaka Allahu Khayran

    Wasalamu calykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.

  2. Abdul Hafith's wife says:

As salaamu alaikum this is my first time on this site and it is impressive. The muslim youth really need this type of thing and someone like u to facilitate it. My comment is just a reminder regarding the revealing of sins. y ou should be careful with how u reveal the things that Allah has led u away from by his mercy. I say this to myself first as I say it to u. my question is do u communicate with the scholars if so how often?

  3. Abdullah Maghazil says:

  7. napoleon says:

    Salam alikum Abdul Hafith’s wife

Thank you for coming to the site and I appreciate your advice, and we know as from the sunnah that the sahabas use to sit in the masjid while the prophet was present and talk about their stories from jahaliyah and the prophet didnt stop them, and I’m not trying to glorify my old life style I’m trying with the permission of allah explain to the youth the evil of that lifestyle.
    jazakallah khair

  8. napoleon says:

salam alikum I forgot to mention that I do know the importance of hiding one sins, so jazakallah khair for the reminder

  9. Yusuf says:

Assalamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh akhi, great work and dawah my brother. It amazes me when the kuffar say ” the outlawz are way better without napoleon”…to that I say, inshaAllah brother Mutah is better without THEM because he has 1.8 BILLION brothers and sisters who consider him family alhamdulillah. I just wanted to know brother, what do u say about the rappers who are so-called muslim, who STILL rap about drinking liquor, smoking weed, and getting with women at parties an that? I think they are munafiqeen, what do u say?

    Allah ma’ak ahki

  10. Jawaad Salahudeen says:

MashaAllah Brother Mutah we’re looking forward to you coming. I (inshaAllah) believe that you will not only inspire the youth, but also the immigrant Muslims who are leaving their deen, brothers who are still into music, and the brothers who are not attending the Masjids. May Allah(swt) put the right words in your mouth, and let us be a means of guidance……… The DAWAAH MUST CONTINUE!!!!!

  12. Tony says:

    Brother Mutah, aka Napoleon,

Congrats on what you are doing for the youths.
I have been wondering if I would be able to help
you on the fight against gangs, violence, and racism.
Cause street gangs and violence have plague my streets.
I just wanna help to be a solution instead of being
    part of the problem.
You can also teach me what I do not know, and enlighten me.

This is your Brother Tony from California

    As salaamu alaikum,

I just want to give salaams. I do not know if you remember me, but we met in Riyadh, KSA a couple of years ago when we had lunch after jumuah with several brothers. Please kept up the effort and may continue to increase you in your efforts.

BTW, I used your touching lecture in Australia as a led-in to an essay when I was teaching 9th grade and the kids were so awed and attentitive throughout, masha’Allah. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist you and the brothers in your dawah efforts.

My photo blog of Riyadh is http://www.shaheedspot.blogspot.com

  19. Lutfi Hanooree Aboo Al-layth says:

    Assalamu’alaikum,

    Brother Mutah BarakAllahufiik, Nice Websites,
Brother, it would be great if you can put some of the biographies of the companions of the prophet or the ‘Ulama that find their ways from the times of Jahiliyyah to Islaam.
And last, I just wanna share all of our brothers and sisters here some noble words from Al-Imam Al-Bukharee which taken from the book “Explanation of Three Fundamental Principles of Islaam Page 50 (English Translation, Al-Hidayaah Publishing)
Al-Bukharee may Allah have mercy upon him, said: ‘Chapter: Knowledge Preceeds speech and action’ and the proof is the saying of Allah the Most High, “Know that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and ask forgiveness of your Lord for your sins.” [Soorah Muhammad (47): 19]. So He began by mentioning knowledge before speech and action.

  20. Alfin says:

It would be really great if it is provided about article of islamic economy. I really eager to read that…

  21. Jawaad Salahudeen says:

    Asalaamu alaikum,
Just this weekend bro mutah spoke in buffalo new york and it was very inspirational to all. I also want the Muslims and the non-muslims alike to understand that we really need to bring this brother to our locality… because not only is he giving dawaah to the non muslims , but also to the muslims. Whatever it takes to get the brother there, we need to sacrifice as a community and get him there, because our youth and even SOME ADULT BROTHERS are getting caught up in what this brother been through….Again JAZAKUMALLAHUKHARAIN brother mutah…..THE DAWAAH MUST CONTINUE!!!! Masjid Darus salaam says salaam

  22. napoleon says:

    salam alikum

I want yo thanks the brothers and sisters for visiting this site, I also want to make some things clear. I’m only a motivational speaker and I’m not hear to teach any one because I dont have knowledgeto do that. I dont mind coming out visiting the youth and keeping it simple with what I do and thats motivational speaking, we all know that allah alone is the one that can help us with our affairs. Like I said if anyone is interested in having me for a motivational speaking event then feel free to contact the admin of this site.
    jazakallah khair

  23. Umm Safiatu says:

As-Salaamu Alaykum, I pray this email reaches you and your family in the best of health and eeman.(ameen)I first will like to say if all the brothers coming from the streets will tell there story on how Allah has brought them out of darkness into light. And not make it seem like after coming to this deen they are safe from returning to the dunya. Because will all know the hadeeth, one can go to bed a disbeliever and wake-up a believer and vice verse. So know one should feel safe. Insha Allah keep doing what you’ll doing and may Allah reward you the highest level of paradise ameen.Have you thought of having a youth camp for the youth insha Allah. Insha Allah I will love to be a part of the mentor for the youth girls.

    Your sister in Islam

  24. Br Mohamad says:

    as-salaam alaikum ekhee Mutah,
May Allah bless you and your efforts. I’m wondering if you have any plans to rap again (with lyrics that are entirely Islamically acceptable), sort of along the lines of Native Deen and other Muslim hip hop artists.

    Jazak Allah khair.
    As-salaam alaikum

  29. Ali says:

Salaam Alaikum Brother, after watching your videos and hearing about how you had converted to Islam, you’ve been a major influence in my life. Its a blessing to hear such things. I was and am a huge Pac fan, still listening to his music which is hard to stop listening to. I wanted to ask you what made you become interested in not just in Islam, but being more of a religious person? I know you’ve answered this question many times in different interviews, but its just truly amazing to know that you converted to Islam. If I was in your position (I’m being down to earth), it would be so hard for me to give up that lifestyle bro. As well, I have another question (Non-Islamic), how did it feel to work with Pac, and basically live with him? I mean every time I watch Pac’s interviews on YouTube, he seemed so intelligent, like he knew everything about political, societal, and etc issues in the world. This is why he inspires me as well, for who he was. So basically in what positive ways did he influence your life? By the way, this is good site brother, thanks to you and your staff for making this site so brothers like me and sisters as well can communicate with you. I look up to you brother because you are an inspirational force in my life. Thanks and keep up the good work. May Allah grant you a place in heaven. Salaams and Peace.

  34. Enes says:

    Selamun Alaikum Brother.
You are really Great! It aint easy to change your lifestyle from Outlaw to a Muslim.
I hope to meet you one day.
I have some questions to you bro:

Do you still like 2pacs music?
(Did you listen to tupac music?)

So you have stopped rapping because you became muslim. And do you also want that nobody can listen to your songs?

    I hope you will answer.

    Alaikum selam

  35. haider karim says:

salam i also want to ask brother when r u visiting the uk

  36. Nabila says:

Salam to all. i’ve read about many brothers asking whether bro mutah will start rap with islamic lyrics soon. We should all know by now that music is haram and we should pray that the brother should never return to that lifestyle. and to those that still listen to 2pac-i used to be a 2pac-outlaw fan. you cant just stop over night. you just have to understand that it isnt right and constantly ask ALLAH for His help. yes, 2pac makes alot of sense, but we do hear blasphemous statements from him at times. just a few days ago i heard someone playing ‘life goes on’. wallahi i almost felt lyk i had 2 listen to that track. Alhamdulillah, i did not. I thank ALLAH i didnt. i hope some find this helpful.

  37. jad aka fab says:

eyo. well first of all al salam 3alaykoum. sencond i pray the lord to take care of tupac may his soul rest in peace.third im a big big big biiiiiiiiiiiiig fan of the outlawz n im just wonderin why things had to went that way i mean y’all were together n suddenly the crew just blowed off. Nyways i think napoleon u did the right thing u know but i hope u wont forget that u release a track called NEVA FORGET u know what i mean??!!! man i just wanna here some from u not from a person who’s sittin n just pretendin hes NAPOLEON u know we’re over the net n that make me comfused bout with who im speakin.take good care and holla.im from lebanon.1

  38. Ali says:

Yeah I have a hard time to stop listening to 2Pac’s music. Its like a drug, you get addicted to it. Hopefully one day I will be guided in the right direction or have the will power and the right mind to stop listening to music in general. Again, brothers like Mutah inspire me a lot. And yeah, Nabila is right, change doesn’t happen over night. That’s what my parents were telling me, it takes a while.

  39. craig morrison says:

dear napoleon i am glad to hear you will once again be gracing our country england and was wondering will you be visiting manchester as i would like to meet yourself and i live in manchester

  40. suliaman says:

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmahtullahi wa barakatu,
O brother in Islam may Allah exalt the mention of his prophet and bless his family and the companions Amin.
My question is can you or did you ever consider a trip to Riyadh with other muslim rappers like busta rhimes, lupia fiasco , mos def, or maybe even dave chapelle just to name a few. These brothers and others say their muslim , maybe you can try to make an education summit or next hajj season travel as a group .Many muslims would love to go over seas and benefit from the knowledge
Maybe with hikmah and some kind words you could by the permission of Allah convince them to take this sacred journy. On a nother note this trip, if it did happen would be a huge Dawah benefit. I can guarantee Insha Allah that it would be publisized and therefore be ahuge barakah for muslim youth aswell as nonmuslims. I only suggests this because I, myself never been overseas and I’m only practicing the sunnah of none of you truly believe until you want for your brother what you want for yourself. Again may Allah grant you success in this life and the next also all other muslims Amin!
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmahtullahi Wa Barakatu

Salam Alaikom Wa Rahmat Allah Wa Barakato,

Napoleon ! I just watched your video darkness2light,
im 20 years old now, i used to listen to your music 10 years ago haha..
Anyways, i was just on the verge of conversion into Catholic Christianity, While i was attending church, in my head i couldn’t stop saying “Ash hadu an la ellah ella Allah wa Ash hadu An Muhammad Rasool Allah” so before i slept yesterday, i prayed “Salah” in a muslim manner and i asked Allah to show me a sign, something out of Islam, something I like, Wallah Al Atheem, before i sleep, i went back to my computer and i found your video in the recommended list on the homepage…
My email is there if you’d like to speak to me.

    Allah Yebarek feek.

    Thank you.
